Investa signed an agreement in May to ensure that Georges Fair is an NBN Ready Estate.  Residents will enjoy a high speed network which will result in broadband of up to 100 megabits per second when connected to their service provider. This is faster than most homes currently experience.
All future stages at Georges Fair, including lots in the Brushwood and Parklands release, will be serviced with NBN’s optic fibre cable. We suggest that those people currently building discuss with their  builder about how to best cable their home
Homes purchased in Stages One and  Two have access to Telstra’s ADSL copper lines for  their broadband service. Over time NBN will replace these copper lines with fibre optic cabling. Investa has requested that Georges Fair is fast-tracked for this service so that all residents can enjoy the benefits of the NBN as soon as possible.
