When Michelle Wilson began the search for land on which to build her dream home, she had several criteria. The location must offer good transport links, be no more than thirty minutes from the airport and feature open space. Michelle found this at Georges Fair.

As a business owner Michelle travels frequently within NSW and interstate. She has a home office and requires plenty of space, for both her business and her family.

“I spend much of my time travelling, so a central location is important. From Georges Fair I can catch a bus to the station and train to the CBD, plus the airport is within easy reach,” Michelle said.

Once convinced that Moorebank offered excellent transport links, shops, sporting facilities and schools, Michelle looked at Georges Fair.

“I love the fact that Georges Fair is a master-planned community. I like the conformity that ensures an excellent standard of housing throughout the estate. It’s reassuring to know that my house will be surrounded by other good quality homes, and is essential for the long term investment,” Michelle said.
