Eddie Hilaire

Tanya and Eddie Hilaire had outgrown their family home at Holsworthy, where they had spent the past 16 years. With children aged 14 and 11years, the family needed more space and a home with more than one bathroom!
 

Although they knew they needed a new home the family were keen to stay in the local area, close to friends, family and the children’s schools. They were looking at existing homes because Eddie had never wanted to build. Too many friends had built homes and regretted the decision.

“Even a real estate agent friend suggested we buy an existing home rather than build,” he said. However once the family had visited Georges Fair, it didn’t take long for Eddie to change his mind.

“We liked the newness of the estate, the new homes and the idea of meeting new families. It was exciting!” Eddie said
“Georges Fair had a really friendly atmosphere and we felt good about getting in early at a new estate. Now we’re living in our new home and the new estate still feels like a dream, the children are very happy. We’re still very excited and enjoy coming home at the end of the day. We feel safe at Georges Fair and we look forward to many happy years ahead,” he said .
