Houses, land, and house and land packages

All drawings or facades provided on this website are for illustrative purposes only and should be used as a guide only. Houses are not currently constructed on lots specified as “land” only or “house and land packages”.

Prices displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time. Furniture is not included in the purchase price. Purchasers of a new house are to confirm inclusions and pricing with the relevant builder at the time of purchase. Moorebank Joint Venture and/or the relevant builder reserve the right to amend the price, plans and specifications without notice or obligation.

All houses must comply with the developers’ guidelines for design and landscaping. Designs are subject to council and other authority approvals prior to commencement of construction.

Moorebank Joint Venture is not liable for information in relation to houses that appears to be incorrect or misleading and has been produced or provided by a builder.

Standard site costs and BASIX are included in the land price for “land” only and “house and land packages”.

Separate agreements will be provided for the land purchase and home purchase for “house and land” packages. Pricing for “house and land” packages is based on a nominated home on a nominated lot.

Driveways included in this package are subject to builders preferred siting. Additional costs may be incurred if the house siting is changed. Tree removal by client if necessary.
